{"id":9474,"date":"2020-02-12T08:54:05","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T11:54:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=9474"},"modified":"2022-06-15T08:54:42","modified_gmt":"2022-06-15T11:54:42","slug":"procurador-geral-de-justica-em-exercicio-discute-mudanca-de-atribuicoes-de-promotorias-em-arapiraca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=9474","title":{"rendered":"Procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a em exerc\u00edcio discute mudan\u00e7a de atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de Promotorias em Arapiraca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a em exerc\u00edcio, M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque, esteve reunido nesta quarta-feira (12), em Arapiraca, com procuradores e promotores de Justi\u00e7a para debater as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es das Promotorias de Justi\u00e7a locais, mediante a mudan\u00e7a de compet\u00eancia de duas Varas Judiciais, o que influencia diretamente na atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas (MPE\/AL).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">M\u00e1rcio Roberto detalhou o porque da reuni\u00e3o com os membros prometendo an\u00e1lise mais aprofundada junto ao Col\u00e9gio de Procuradores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cFaz-se necess\u00e1rio estudar a forma de atua\u00e7\u00e3o das promotorias, j\u00e1 que houve mudan\u00e7a de compet\u00eancia de duas Varas, uma delas que era c\u00edvel passando a criminal e isso impacta no Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.
