A i<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">niciativa<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\"> \u00e9 parte do Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o para Ordenamento e Seguran\u00e7a da Micromobilidade enviado pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o municipal <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">e <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">que estabelece medidas de ordenamento, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, educa\u00e7\u00e3o e sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o referentes \u00e0 circula\u00e7\u00e3o de bicicletas el\u00e9tricas, autopropelidos e ciclomotores em Macei\u00f3.<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\"> O plano atende<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\"> \u00e0 Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 01\/2026\/66PJC\/MPAL <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">que serviu como base para a DMTT N\u00ba 49\/2026.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #212529;\">P<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">ara o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jorge D\u00f3ria, a medida, discutida durante reuni\u00e3o com o DMTT, ser\u00e1 uma <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">boa <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">ferramenta de preven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #212529;\">\u201cH\u00e1 muito tempo t<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">emos tentado<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\"> alinhar estrat\u00e9gias que resultem no respeito aos ciclistas e pedestres que transitam na ciclovia e no cal\u00e7ad\u00e3o da orla de Macei\u00f3. <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">Foram<\/span> <span style=\"color: #212529;\">constatadas v\u00e1rias irregularidades, j\u00e1 houve registro de acidentes, tudo isso exigindo uma vigil\u00e2ncia maior. Em audi\u00eancia com o Munic\u00edpio e com a empresa respons\u00e1vel pelos autopropelidos <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">ficou acertado que <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">adotariam medidas eficazes, inclusive foi pontuada essa campanha\u201d, afirma o promotor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #212529;\">No dia da reuni\u00e3o do MPAL com o DMTT, a Semsc e a empresa Jet Patinetes <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">B<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">rasil, o p<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">romotor de Justi\u00e7a Jorge D\u00f3ria d<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">emonstrou<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a invas\u00e3o de scooters, triciclos, patinetes e quadriciclos nas ciclovias, o que \u00e9 totalmente proibido.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #212529;\">V<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">ale ressaltar que, na ocasi\u00e3o, ficou definido que <\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">O DMTT se intensificar<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">ia<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\"> a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, retirar<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">ia<\/span> <span style=\"color: #212529;\">tais<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\"> ve\u00edculos das ciclovias e autuar<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\">ia<\/span><span style=\"color: #212529;\"> os condutores por infra\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e2nsito.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos patinetes el\u00e9tricos, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico alertou para que fossem observadas quest\u00f5es como: a quantidade de pessoas por equipamento, al\u00e9m do limite de velocidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O diretor regional da Jet lembrou que os equipamentos n\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">eram<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> brinquedos, mas um transporte auxiliar, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">que n\u00e3o deveriam ser <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> utilizados por crian\u00e7as, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tampouco por mais de uma pessoa<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A Semsc <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">se comprometeu em<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> trabalha<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">r<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> em conjunto com o DMTT, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">em suas a\u00e7\u00f5es educativas, <\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">e relatou que suas<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> equipes j\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">havi<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">am <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">feito <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">apreens\u00e3o de autopropelidos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #212529;\">De acordo com o DMTT, o plano buscar\u00e1 padronizar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das diferentes categorias de equipamentos, al\u00e9m de intensificar a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dos usu\u00e1rios, coibir a circula\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de ve\u00edculos em locais incompat\u00edveis com sua classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e aperfei\u00e7oar a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
