Promotoria de Defesa dos Recursos H\u00eddricos, refor\u00e7ou a import\u00e2ncia do bioma Caatinga e a necessidade de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da fauna e da flora, durante participa\u00e7\u00e3o da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Lav\u00ednia Fragoso, titular da pasta, na 9\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do evento \u201c48 Horas de Aventura na Caatinga\u201d, promovido pelo Instituto SOS Caatinga, o qual desenvolve a\u00e7\u00f5es de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e resgate de fauna na regi\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Na atividade, realizada nesse fim de semana nas proximidades dos c\u00e2nions do Rio S\u00e3o Francisco, a promotora de Justi\u00e7a destacou a grande import\u00e2ncia do bioma, que \u00e9 \u201cextremamente rico, com biodiversidade fant\u00e1stica, fauna e flora que precisam de cuidados\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cO trabalho do Instituto, principalmente com esse evento de 48 horas de imers\u00e3o, que recebe participantes de v\u00e1rios estados, contribui diretamente para que a gente possa propagar fora dos nossos limites territoriais o quanto a Caatinga \u00e9 rica e deve ser preservada\u201d, elencou a promotora de Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Ainda segundo ela, a Caatinga \u00e9 importante pa<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ra o meio ambiente como um todo, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">pois realiza o <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sequestr<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> de CO2 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">e ajuda a<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> combater diretamente o aquecimento global, mitigando os efeitos das mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas e dos eventos extremos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Durante participa\u00e7\u00e3o no evento, a promotora de Justi\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m proferiu palestra sobre a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas na defesa do Rio S\u00e3o Francisco e falou sobre a Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Preventiva Integrada (FPI), que todos os anos atua, por meio de uma for\u00e7a-tarefa composta por mais de 10 frentes de trabalho, para prevenir e combater agress\u00f5es ao meio ambiente nos munic\u00edpios que fazem parte da Bacia Hidrogr\u00e1fica do S\u00e3o Francisco.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style
