Com essa materialidade em tempo mais c\u00e9lere dentro dos processos, poderemos ter, em sede de alega\u00e7\u00f5es finais, uma melhor aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de punibilidade, quando for cab\u00edvel\u201d, ressaltou a promotora de Justi\u00e7a. <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u201cEssa acelera\u00e7\u00e3o da inclus\u00e3o dos laudos resulta em uma instru\u00e7\u00e3o processual finda com mais brevidade, o que beneficia a sociedade como um todo\u201d, assegurou.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Al\u00e9m disso, segundo a promotora, em conformidade com o Artigo 28-A do C\u00f3digo de Processo Penal, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico poder\u00e1 propor Acordo de N\u00e3o Persecu\u00e7\u00e3o Penal, desde que necess\u00e1rio e suficiente para reprova\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o do crime, quando houver a confiss\u00e3o do investigado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Outras reuni\u00f5es ser\u00e3o realizadas com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do MPAL e de representantes do IC a fim de se definir se a parceria institucional ser\u00e1 confirmada por meio de conv\u00eanio, termo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o ou at\u00e9 um projeto coordenado pela 65\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1 .fusion-gallery-image {border:0px
