O motivo da inspe\u00e7\u00e3o foi averiguar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de acolhimento \u00e0s pessoas idosas, visto que o espa\u00e7o n\u00e3o tem perfil para acomodar esse p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">No local, as equipes encontraram 12 idosos em um anexo improvisado, mais oito dividindo dormit\u00f3rios com os demais acolhidos, totalizando 20, entre eles um idoso sem identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, oriundo do Hospital Geral do Estado (HGE), alguns com problemas psiqui\u00e1tricos, todos desprovidos da assist\u00eancia adequada assegurada por lei. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cAguardaremos os relat\u00f3rios da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria e do Conselho Municipal para, posteriormente, elaborarmos o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. Mediante o que comprovamos, logo ap\u00f3s a confec\u00e7\u00e3o do documento, o mais urgente \u00e9 transferir para outras ILPIS as pessoas idosas. Vamos envidar todos os esfor\u00e7os nesse sentido, primeiro em busca de vagas nas Institui\u00e7\u00f5es da capital\u201d, afirma a promotora de Justi\u00e7a Aparecida Carna\u00faba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">O local funciona em desconformidade com o Estatuto da Pessoa Idosa e as normas da Anvisa que definem uma ILPI como espa\u00e7o que deve garantir prote\u00e7\u00e3o integral, a<span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">cesso a profissionais de sa\u00fade <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">como m\u00e9dicos, enfermeiros, cuidadores, nutricionistas, assistentes sociais, fisioterapeutas, de acordo com<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> as necessidades d<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">e cada <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">residente. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Al\u00e9m disso<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> deve ter estrutura f\u00edsica com acessibilidade, acolhimento correto com dormit\u00f3rios confort\u00e1veis, ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o. E, principalmente, licenciamento para que possa funcionar. A unidade disp\u00f5e de uma farm\u00e1cia, mas a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria n\u00e3o teve acesso, pois o \u00fanico t\u00e9cnico de enfermagem que atende aos residentes havia levado a chave.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">No caso do Lar Santo Ant\u00f4nio de P\u00e1dua, at\u00e9 agora o funcionamento n\u00e3o \u00e9 legalizado, oficialmente n\u00e3o existe documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, no local h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">totalizando 56 residentes<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> &#8211; entre pessoas com defici\u00eancia, remanescentes do manic\u00f4mio judici\u00e1rio, dependentes qu\u00edmicos em tratamento, pessoas <\/span><\/span> idosas l\u00facidas e com problemas psiqui\u00e1tricos que deveriam estar em atendimento em Resid\u00eancias Terap\u00eauticas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a Anvisa, as ILPIs n\u00e3o s\u00e3o locais que podem ofertar presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o como cl\u00ednica e terap\u00eautica, s\u00e3o apenas resid\u00eancias coletivas que t\u00eam como \u00fanica incumb\u00eancia atender pessoas idosas que necessitam de cuidados prolongados. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1 .fusion-gallery-image {border:0px solid
