Na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (30), a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o no Conjunto Residencial Barnab\u00e9 Oiticica, coordenada pela promotora de Justi\u00e7a Louise Teixeira, resultou na constata\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas irregularidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A representante do MPAL explicou sobre a iniciativa, o que foi constatado <i>in loco <\/i>e novas medidas a serem adotadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cEstamos acompanhando a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do cronograma de obras, em decorr\u00eancia da concess\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o de saneamento \u00e0 BRK e \u00e0 Casal. O objetivo \u00e9 garantir que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o local viva em um ambiente salutar com tratamento de esgoto e acesso \u00e0 \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel, elementos essenciais para o bem-estar do cidad\u00e3o, melhoria na qualidade de vida, al\u00e9m dos benef\u00edcios que promovem ao meio ambiente. Na inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de hoje constatamos po\u00e7os que deveriam ser operados pela Casal em estado de m\u00e1 conserva\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto nos deparamos com esta\u00e7\u00e3o de tratamento de esgoto ou efluentes em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de total abandono, e isso n\u00e3o pode ocorrer, pois traz preju\u00edzos consider\u00e1veis. Faremos um relat\u00f3rio e reuni\u00f5es para mais levantamentos de dados e juntada de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, frisa a promotora Louise, objetivando individualizar as responsabilidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Apesar dos problemas detectados, a Promotora afirmou que os concession\u00e1rios ainda est\u00e3o dentro do prazo para a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o. \u201cMas, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico segue atento, tentando encontrar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pida, junto com os concession\u00e1rios, at\u00e9 que toda a obra seja executada\u201d, ressaltou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Vale refor\u00e7ar que, no Brasil, al\u00e9m de ser lei, o saneamento b\u00e1sico \u00e9 um direito social fundamental. A Lei n\u00ba 14.026\/2020<strong><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, do<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Novo Marco Legal do Saneamento, focando na <span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, dignidade e prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">determina que at\u00e9 2033 haja a universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os &#8211; 99% \u00e1gua e 90% esgoto.
