As promotoras de Justi\u00e7a Jheise Gama e Ariadne Dantas debateram temas importantes com o p\u00fablico e responderam d\u00favidas de fam\u00edlias que estavam reunidas, acompanhando o bate-papo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\" data-raofz=\"13\">No dia 23, o tema \u201cQuero adotar uma crian\u00e7a ou adolescente. O que fazer?\u201d foi discorrido pela promotora de Justi\u00e7a de Porto Real do Col\u00e9gio, Ariadne Dantas. \u201cExplicamos detalhes de como funciona o passo a passo para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o, desde a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no cadastro at\u00e9 a conclus\u00e3o da habilita\u00e7\u00e3o, em que se constata que aquela pessoa ou casal est\u00e1 preparado para receber uma crian\u00e7a ou adolescente como integrante da fam\u00edlia. \u00c9 um processo bastante simples, em que o interessado apresenta alguns documentos e se submete a um curso. Foi uma excelente oportunidade para desmistificar algumas ideias da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, a exemplo daquela que o cadastro n\u00e3o funciona, e esclarecer sobre os riscos e consequ\u00eancias de uma ado\u00e7\u00e3o irregular\u201d, disse ela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\" data-raofz=\"13\">J\u00e1 nessa ter\u00e7a-feira 24, foi a vez da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Jheise Gama conversar com o p\u00fablico que compareceu \u00e0 roda de conversa. Ela apresentou a palestra \u201cO que leva uma fam\u00edlia a perder o poder familiar?\u201d: \u201cO poder familiar \u00e9 o conjunto de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e responsabilidades que os pais devem ter em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos filhos e aos bens ligados a eles, caso ainda sejam menores de idade. Estamos falando de garantir a seguran\u00e7a e o bem-estar dos filhos, assegurar-lhes um bom desenvolvimento em cada uma das fases da vida, enquanto os mesmos ainda n\u00e3o tiverem completado a maior idade. Caso essa prote\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seja assegurada, h\u00e1 o risco da suspens\u00e3o ou da destitui\u00e7\u00e3o desse poder\u201d, explicou ela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\" data-raofz=\"13\">O 11\u00ba Encontro Estadual de Ado\u00e7\u00e3o, durante tr\u00eas dias, est\u00e1 promovendo rodas de conversa sobre os diversos assuntos relacionados \u00e0 ado\u00e7\u00e3o ou ao apadrinhamento. Fam\u00edlias que adotaram, por exemplo, v\u00e3o dialogar e bater papo com quem for ao encontro, compartilhando suas experi\u00eancias antes e depois da conclus\u00e3o do processo de
