Ele ressaltou que a san\u00e7\u00e3o da lei \u201c\u00e9 resultado de di\u00e1logo institucional respons\u00e1vel e do compromisso conjunto entre o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e o Governo do Estado para aprimorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e garantir maior seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica ao exerc\u00edcio funcional\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O governador em exerc\u00edcio, F\u00e1bio Bittencourt, por sua vez, refor\u00e7ou o simbolismo do ato. Para ele, a san\u00e7\u00e3o consolida o processo de integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os Poderes e reafirma o respeito do Estado ao papel constitucional do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Sobre a Lei Complementar<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o institui a licen\u00e7a compensat\u00f3ria pelo exerc\u00edcio cumulativo de atividades funcionais e pelo desempenho de fun\u00e7\u00f5es de dire\u00e7\u00e3o, chefia, assessoramento, secretariado e coordena\u00e7\u00e3o no Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas e define como exerc\u00edcio cumulativo a atua\u00e7\u00e3o simult\u00e2nea em mais de um \u00f3rg\u00e3o de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, em primeiro ou segundo grau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
