O objetivo \u00e9 garantir a promo\u00e7\u00e3o e a efetividade dos direitos fundamentais para esse p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A afirma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Mar\u00edlia Cerqueira, <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">titular da 12\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">apital <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de Medidas Socioeducativas). Segundo ela, o Plano, que foi elaborado pelo Conselho Estadual dos Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente, com contribui\u00e7\u00f5es de diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os, inclusive do pr\u00f3prio MPAL, \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia marcante para a pol\u00edtica da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente e est\u00e1 em conson\u00e2ncia com o Plano Nacional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Eu diria que agora temos um manual para que a pol\u00edtica de socioeduca\u00e7\u00e3o seja direcionada, atendendo a todos os ditames da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal e aos termos normativos\u201d, ressaltou a promotora, durante sua fala no lan\u00e7amento do Plano Estadual, em solenidade realizada no Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Alagoas, na \u00faltima quarta-feira (21).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u201cO MPAL, como integrante do eixo de defesa da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente, vai acompanhar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es para que se atinja e efetividade dos direitos fundamentais para esse p\u00fablico\u201d,
