O julgamento, que causou grande impacto emocional e muito choro nos participantes, ocorreu nesta quinta-feira (18), em Macei\u00f3, e contou com atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas (MPAL), que conduziu a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">De acordo com o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Fl\u00e1vio Gomes, que representou o MPAL, \u201cnum j\u00fari n\u00e3o existem vitoriosos\u201d. \u201cTodos perderam, a fam\u00edlia perdeu, o r\u00e9u perdeu. Em um j\u00fari ningu\u00e9m ganha, mas o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico fez o seu papel. Eu sa\u00ed com o sentimento de justi\u00e7a feita, mas n\u00e3o de vit\u00f3ria, porque ningu\u00e9m ganhou, o crime \u00e9 irrepar\u00e1vel\u201d, apontou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Ainda segundo o promotor de Justi\u00e7a, o r\u00e9u Matheus Soares Omena dos Santos tamb\u00e9m foi condenado ao pagamento de uma indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 100 mil \u00e0 ex-companheira, Ingrid Nascimento, m\u00e3e de Anthony Levy, e \u00e0 perda do poder familiar sobre um filho que ele possui de outro relacionamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Conforme o promotor esclareceu, o r\u00e9u, que tem atualmente 25 anos de idade, vai precisar cumprir no m\u00ednimo 50% da pena para que possa progredir de regime, ou seja, somente depois que tiver mais de 50 anos \u00e9 que ele poder\u00e1 ganhar a
