O encontro ocorreu <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">na mesma data em que o CNJ acompanhar\u00e1 uma i<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">nspe\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea do Bom Parto, em Macei\u00f3, regi\u00e3o onde moradores tamb\u00e9m alegam ter sido atingidos pelo desastre ambiental.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">A visita de cortesia \u00e0 chefia do MPAL aconteceu no final da manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira, ocasi\u00e3o em que o CNJ afirmou que o referido acordo foi considerado um marco nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, embora moradores de algumas \u00e1reas n\u00e3o contempladas tamb\u00e9m queiram ser indenizados. \u201cRecebemos com alegria a visita do conselheiro <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">Jo\u00e3o Paulo Santos Shoucair, <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">que reconheceu os esfor\u00e7os dos MPs do Estado e Federal e das Defensorias P\u00fablicas no sentido de garantir os direitos das v\u00edtimas atingidas em decorr\u00eancia da minera\u00e7\u00e3o de sal-gema <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">realizada pela Braskem por cerca de quatro d\u00e9cadas. Foi um trabalho \u00e1rduo constru\u00eddo a muitas m\u00e3os <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">em prol da<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"> repara\u00e7\u00e3o e <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">de <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">justi\u00e7a para as fam\u00edlias que vivem h\u00e1 anos sob o trauma e os efeitos de um dos maiores desastres ambientais urbanos do pa\u00eds<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">\u201d, afirmou <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">Lean Ara\u00fajo. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">Ao se referir a esse acordo formalizado, o conselheiro elogiou as tratativas promovidas pelo MPAL: \u201cO Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">entende<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">u, desde o princ\u00edpio,<\/span> <span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">a<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"> causa, vivenciou-<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">a de perto, promoveu uma s\u00e9rie de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 chegar a um denominador comum. Ent\u00e3o, essa <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">visita se d\u00e1 especialmente pelo trabalho que o M<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">P alagoano <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">fez <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">l\u00e1 no<\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"> come\u00e7o, <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">quando tudo ainda era, de uma certa forma, desconhecido. Foram a chefia e os promotores de Alagoas que primeiro tiveram esse olhar para aquelas comunidades e ofereceram escuta e <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">ajuda jur\u00eddica, e isso tem que ser reconhecido\u201d, disse <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">Jo\u00e3o Paulo Santos Shoucair. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">Na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira, a <\/span>Justi\u00e7a Federal vai realizar uma visita, que ter\u00e1 o acompanhamento dos dois conselheiros do CNJ, J<span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">o\u00e3o Paulo Santos Shoucair <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">e <\/span>F\u00e1bio Veras, no bairro do Bom Parto. A iniciativa pode representar um novo passo no esfor\u00e7o institucional para encerrar o impasse judicial envolvendo a empresa Braskem e as comunidades afetadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O CNJ participar\u00e1 da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o com o objetivo de acompanhar de perto os trabalhos e garantir que o processo seja conduzido com transpar\u00eancia, respeito aos direitos das partes e em conson\u00e2ncia com os princ\u00edpios da Justi\u00e7a. A iniciativa tamb\u00e9m busca dar fim ao lit\u00edgio causado pela Braskem, cujo impacto desestruturou bairros inteiros da capital alagoana, como Pinheiro, Mutange, Bebedouro e, agora, com mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o, o Bom Parto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Essa nova etapa de tratativas tem sido acompanhada de perto pela Justi\u00e7a Federal, e os moradores do Bom Parto depositam esperan\u00e7a neste encontro, que pode se transformar um momento decisivo na busca por uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva, a ser
