O objetivo das atividades \u00e9 verificar o funcionamento de setores administrativos e judiciais, al\u00e9m de serventias extrajudiciais, contribuindo para a melhoria dos servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIsso demonstra a presen\u00e7a do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico na rela\u00e7\u00e3o institucional fundada na lealdade existente entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es. Temos certeza e convic\u00e7\u00e3o que o CNJ poder\u00e1 contribuir de forma expressiva para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es outras que possam alcan\u00e7ar os comarcanos de Alagoas\u201d, disse o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas (MPAL).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O presidente da Corte estadual, F\u00e1bio Bittencourt, deu as boas-vindas \u00e0 comitiva do CNJ e afirmou que as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es fortalecem o Judici\u00e1rio brasileiro por meio do aperfei\u00e7oamento de pr\u00e1ticas administrativas, judiciais e disciplinares: &#8220;Trata-se de um momento de di\u00e1logo institucional, de escuta qualificada, de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o criteriosa e, sobretudo, de compromisso com a transpar\u00eancia e a melhoria cont\u00ednua da presta\u00e7\u00e3o jurisdicional\u201d, afirmou o desembargador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo coordenada pelo desembargador Arnoldo Camanho, auxiliar da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a. &#8220;\u00c9 uma coisa ordin\u00e1ria, rotineira, feita em todos os tribunais do Brasil. A finalidade \u00e9 verificar a regularidade dos atos e procedimentos do tribunal e a compatibilidade desses atos e procedimentos com os normativos do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participaram da solenidade de abertura, no Pleno do TJAL, al\u00e9m do procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, desembargadores e ju\u00edzes, representantes do CNJ, da Defensoria P\u00fablica e da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><sub>*Com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do
