Em uma delas, faltavam o Plano de Gest\u00e3o de Res\u00edduos de Servi\u00e7os de Sa\u00fade e tamb\u00e9m a licen\u00e7a ambiental de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto na outra, apesar de haver o Plano, n\u00e3o foi apresentada a licen\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">As constata\u00e7\u00f5es foram dos promotores Fernanda Moreira, da Fazenda P\u00fablica Municipal, e Alberto Fonseca, de Defesa do Meio Ambiente. De acordo com a promotora, existe um procedimento na 15\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital, da qual ela \u00e9 a titular, que cuida da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos contratos que tratam da destina\u00e7\u00e3o dos res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos gerados em Macei\u00f3. Uma das etapas dessa an\u00e1lise, segundo ela, \u00e9 verificar as unidades de sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Analisamos quest\u00f5es contratuais no que se refere \u00e0 coleta e destina\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos de Unidades de Pronto-Atendimento (UPAs) e unidades de sa\u00fade em geral, para avaliarmos como a gest\u00e3o \u00e9 realizada, se prioriza melhorias para o usu\u00e1rio, o meio ambiente e, principalmente, a efici\u00eancia econ\u00f4mico-financeira desses contratos\u201d, detalhou Fernanda Moreira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Devido \u00e0 interface do procedimento da 15\u00aa PJC com o meio ambiente, o promotor Alberto Fonseca, titular da 4\u00aa PJC, tamb\u00e9m foi convidado a participar da vistoria. \u201cDiante do que foi constatado, vamos abrir dois inqu\u00e9ritos civis para colhermos mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es e averiguarmos o motivo pelo qual essas unidades de sa\u00fade operam sem licen\u00e7a ambiental e uma delas sem o Plano de Gest\u00e3o de Res\u00edduos de Servi\u00e7os de Sa\u00fade, o qual \u00e9 fundamental para garantir seguran\u00e7a dos trabalhadores, prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao meio ambiente e minimizar riscos aos usu\u00e1rios\u201d, salientou Alberto Fonseca.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style
