Na ocasi\u00e3o, o representante do poder executivo entregou ao chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas (MPAL) c\u00f3pia da consulta p\u00fablica que est\u00e1 sendo realizada para colher opini\u00f5es sobre as pr\u00e1ticas adotadas pelo Governo de Alagoas na veicula\u00e7\u00e3o de publicidade institucional em sites, blogs e portais de not\u00edcias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Para o procurador-geral, a iniciativa colabora para o cumprimento de importantes princ\u00edpios que devem reger a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica: \u201cEstamos vendo a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o, por meio da <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Secretaria de Estado da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">com a<\/span><span style=\"color: #001d35;\"> impessoalidade, moralidade, publicidade e efici\u00eancia, <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">pilares importantes <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">que <\/span><span style=\"color: #001d35;\">asseguram que a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado seja leg\u00edtima, justa, transparente e eficaz\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"color: #001d35;\">afirmou Lean Ara\u00fajo, garantindo que acessar\u00e1 a consulta p\u00fablica para dar a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do MPAL envolvendo a tem\u00e1tica. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Segundo Wendel Palhares, a<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 aberta <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, e qualquer cidad\u00e3o poder\u00e1 opinar, at\u00e9 o dia 7 de maio, basta acessar o link <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe4DyZCILomswErdTWJ8mBDuHA7E2j6hK9Z2FVuypdPTLEbvw\/viewform\"><span style=\"color: #0fc8f1;\">https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe4DyZCILomswErdTWJ8mBDuHA7E2j6hK9Z2FVuypdPTLEbvw\/viewform<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #222222;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Decidimos trazer c\u00f3pia da consulta ao chefe desta institui\u00e7\u00e3o porque acreditamos que o<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico \u00e9 uma pe\u00e7a importante na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pol\u00edtica que tenha participa\u00e7\u00e3o social, que tenha clareza, que tenha transpar\u00eancia, e n\u00f3s <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">sabemos que as <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">contribui\u00e7\u00f5es do <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">MP <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">v\u00e3o fortalecer a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica estadual. <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Temos <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">estudado bastante <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">como essa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o se d\u00e1 em<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> todo o Brasil, <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">estamos buscando o que h<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00e1 de mais moderno em mecanismos de defesa de uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica com integridade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">e<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> com respeito ao mercado <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">e, sobretudo, ao<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> cidad\u00e3o\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">declarou o secret\u00e1rio. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Podem colaborar com as respostas cidad\u00e3os, ve\u00edculos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00f3rg\u00e3os de controle, como o Tribunal de Contas e o pr\u00f3prio Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, e entidades representativas, como o Sindicato dos Jornalistas e o Espa\u00e7o de Articula\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva do Ecossistema Publicit\u00e1rio (ABAP). Os resultados obtidos servir\u00e3o de base para que a Secom possa tornar a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica mais justa, eficiente e democr\u00e1tica, ao oferecer subs\u00eddios sobre a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da publicidade digital. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A iniciativa integra as a\u00e7\u00f5es da Secretaria de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de Alagoas, que vem promovendo esse debate em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com o Conselho Nacional de Secretarias de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (Consecom) e a Secretaria de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span
