Dentre as delibera\u00e7\u00f5es, estiveram <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de uma promotora de Justi\u00e7a e a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Estatuto da Revista do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, do projeto de lei <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(PL) <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">que altera normas para promo\u00e7\u00f5es e remo\u00e7\u00f5es de membros e <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">d<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a iniciativa<\/span> denominada \u201cPreserva\u00e7\u00e3o do Curi\u00f3\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O primeiro encontro realizado envolveu os membros do Conselho Superior. Al\u00e9m da aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da ata da <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00aa reuni\u00e3o, a pauta do colegiado foi preenchida por <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">34 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">itens, entre procedimentos para conhecimento e procedimentos para delibera\u00e7\u00e3o. Eles abrangeram as mais diversas \u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos membros do MPAL, na capital e no interior. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O colegiado tamb\u00e9m votou favoravelmente pela promo\u00e7\u00e3o da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Jheise de F\u00e1tima Lima da Gama, que deixar\u00e1 a comarca de Boca da Mata para assumir a 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Col\u00e9gio <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">J\u00e1 o Col\u00e9gio de Procuradores de Justi\u00e7a tomou conhecimento do relat\u00f3rio anual da Corregedoria-Geral, que recebeu elogio dos membros presentes \u00e0 reuni\u00e3o, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">e aprovou o <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ante projeto que altera a Lei Complementar n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ba <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">15\/96 \u2013<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> que disp\u00f5e sob<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">re a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e o Estatuto do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de A<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">lagoas<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de modo a <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">inserir modifica\u00e7\u00e3o que permite a remo\u00e7\u00e3o volunt\u00e1ria antes de qualquer ato de provimento origin\u00e1rio ou derivado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O Col\u00e9gio <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tamb\u00e9m aprovou o projeto denominado \u201cPreserva\u00e7\u00e3o do Curi\u00f3\u201d, cujo votado foi dado pelo procurador de Justi<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e7a Eduardo Tavares, e seguido por unanimidade pelos demais membros do colegiado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ambas as reuni\u00f5es foram presididas pelo procurador-geral <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de Justi\u00e7a, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lean
