Na oportunidade, o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jorge D\u00f3rea, titular da 66\u00aa PJC, enfatizou a abertura do di\u00e1logo com o segmento e fez uma exposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos motivos e justificativas que ensejaram a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Os representantes da Ademi e do Sinduscon, por sua vez, colocaram suas pondera\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o e de que modo ela pode afetar o setor da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil e da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de unidades habitacionais. \u201cFizemos nossas pondera\u00e7\u00f5es e apresentamos nossa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com o que pode ocorrer\u201d, afirmou o presidente da Ademi, Osman Ramires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O promotor Jorge D\u00f3rea esclareceu que o Munic\u00edpio de Macei\u00f3, por meio da Semurb, n\u00e3o se manifestou se vai ou n\u00e3o acolher os pedidos da Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o, visto que o prazo para essa resposta ainda est\u00e1 em andamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Vamos aguardar a Semurb nos responder se acata ou n\u00e3o a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o e somente depois \u00e9 que vamos analisar quais provid\u00eancias poder\u00e3o ser adotadas, levando em conta todos os aspectos e
