O encontro teve como pauta principal a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es constitucionais da Pol\u00edcia Militar, conforme previsto no artigo 144 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, al\u00e9m do fortalecimento da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente no \u00e2mbito criminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Durante a reuni\u00e3o, o Coronel Paulo Amorim apresentou a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional de Comandantes-Gerais (CNCG), que tem levado a diversos Minist\u00e9rios P\u00fablicos do pa\u00eds a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com qualquer tentativa de suprimir ou transferir fun\u00e7\u00f5es da PM sem a devida altera\u00e7\u00e3o constitucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cA Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece que a PM \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo policiamento ostensivo e preventivo, e isso n\u00e3o pode ser alterado sem a devida mudan\u00e7a no artigo 144. Nossa miss\u00e3o deve ser preservada\u201d, afirmou o comandante-geral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">O procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, Lean Ara\u00fajo, destacou a import\u00e2ncia do di\u00e1logo entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es para garantir a seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e a legalidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cO Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tem o papel de zelar pelo cumprimento da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhar de perto as quest\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica.
