class=\"fusion-text\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MPAL), por meio da 15\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital (Fazenda P\u00fablica Municipal), enviou uma Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o ao munic\u00edpio de Macei\u00f3 visando o aprimoramento nos procedimentos de libera\u00e7\u00e3o e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas das emendas parlamentares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O assunto foi tratado em uma reuni\u00e3o entre a promotora de Justi\u00e7a Fernanda Moreira, titular da 15\u00aa PJC, e representantes da Controladoria Geral do Munic\u00edpio de Macei\u00f3, no dia 26 de fevereiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a promotora, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MPAL), a despeito da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria no \u00e2mbito local e da atua\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o de controle municipal, entende \u201cimprescind\u00edvel, tendo em vista a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o nacional acerca do tema, uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o mais efetiva e transparente nos procedimentos de libera\u00e7\u00e3o das emendas parlamentares, com a devida aten\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores p\u00fablicos quanto \u00e0 observ\u00e2ncia dos requisitos legais, aprimorando o controle no repasse e uso desses recursos por entidades da sociedade civil, conforme o Artigo 70 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, tendo a transpar\u00eancia ativa como ferramenta para divulga\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es e resultados atingidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCom isso, buscamos aprimorar o tr\u00e2mite administrativo e, ao mesmo tempo, facilitar o controle social e o acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es, de acordo com o que disp\u00f5e a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o
