Foi isso que ficou definido em audi\u00eancia realizada nesta quarta-feira (19), na sede do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MPAL), por iniciativa do pr\u00f3prio MPAL, do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF\/AL) e da Defensoria P\u00fablica Estadual (DPE) com representes das Secretarias Municipais de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Semed) e do Gabinete Civil, al\u00e9m do Conselho Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Comed) e do F\u00f3rum Alagoano de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jovens e Adultos.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, ficou acordado que o Munic\u00edpio de Macei\u00f3 far\u00e1 vistorias nos ve\u00edculos e somente aqueles em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a ser\u00e3o colocados em circula\u00e7\u00e3o. A Semed dever\u00e1 apresentar um cronograma de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o desses ve\u00edculos em at\u00e9 48 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, como o contrato do Munic\u00edpio com a empresa que fornece os ve\u00edculos est\u00e1 encerrado desde o dia 17 deste m\u00eas, os gestores municipais t\u00eam o mesmo prazo de 48 horas para apresentar uma reposta formal da empresa dizendo se concorda ou n\u00e3o em retomar o servi\u00e7o, num contrato por indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O Comed, por sua vez, ter\u00e1 uma reuni\u00e3o na pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a-feira (25) para propor como ser\u00e3o os ajustes e poss\u00edveis compensa\u00e7\u00f5es do calend\u00e1rio escolar.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1 .fusion-gallery-image {border:0px solid
