Durante o encontro, que refor\u00e7ou os la\u00e7os institucionais entre as duas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, diversas tem\u00e1ticas foram discutidas, a exemplo da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de demandas por meio da autocomposi\u00e7\u00e3o e de a\u00e7\u00f5es futuras a serem executadas, de forma conjunta, em defesa da educa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">No in\u00edcio da reuni\u00e3o, Lean Ara\u00fajo explicou que o MPAL tem atuado junto aos munic\u00edpios tentando solucionar determinadas situa\u00e7\u00f5es por meio da autocomposi\u00e7\u00e3o: \u201c\u00c9 um m\u00e9todo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos onde as partes envolvidas chegam a um acordo consensual, evitando, assim, novas demandas judiciais em \u00e1reas estruturantes, envolvendo a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas a m\u00e9dio e longo prazo. Tem sido uma boa estrat\u00e9gia para que as prefeituras possam planejar e executar suas a\u00e7\u00f5es dentro de um prazo razo\u00e1vel\u201d, detalhou o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cCada munic\u00edpio tem uma realidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria diferente, ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 importante que o MP tenha esse olhar, porque isso ajuda os gestores a desenvolver melhor o seu plano trabalho\u201d, afirmou Marcelo Beltr\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Pacto pela educa\u00e7\u00e3o <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No encontro, o presidente da AMA informou que a entidade encomendou e aguarda o resultado de um diagn\u00f3stico a respeito da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica, que \u00e9 uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o dos munic\u00edpios, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">para, na sequ\u00eancia, unir parceiros em busca de melhorar a nota do estado de Alagoas no I<\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ndice de Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica (Ideb), <\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">calculado a partir dos dados sobre aprova\u00e7\u00e3o escolar, obtidos no Censo Escolar. \u201cEm 2023, n\u00f3s ocupamos o 9\u00ba lugar no pa\u00eds e, a partir desse pacto pela educa\u00e7\u00e3o que a AMA pensa em criar, a ideia \u00e9 chegarmos ainda mais perto topo, e gostar\u00edamos de contar com o apoio do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para o alcance desse prop\u00f3sito\u201d, contou Marcelo Beltr\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;
