{"id":50600,"date":"2024-12-05T15:51:43","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T18:51:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=50600"},"modified":"2024-12-05T16:16:11","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T19:16:11","slug":"mpal-mpf-dpe-e-oab-promovem-escuta-a-mulheres-trans-e-se-comprometem-a-promover-acoes-para-garantia-de-direitos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=50600","title":{"rendered":"MPAL, MPF, DPE e OAB promovem escuta a mulheres trans e se comprometem a promover a\u00e7\u00f5es para garantia de direitos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\"  style='background-color: #ffffff;background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;'><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row \"><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_1 fusion-builder-column-1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last 1_1\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"   data-bg-url=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-text\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Os Minist\u00e9rios P\u00fablicos do Estado de Alagoas e Federal (MPAL e MPF), a Defensoria P\u00fablica do Estado de Alagoas e a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil\/seccional Alagoas e reuniram, nesta quinta-feira (5), com representantes de grupos formados por mulheres transsexuais em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua com o objetivo de promover uma escuta acolhedora \u00e0 comunidade e definir um calend\u00e1rio de a\u00e7\u00f5es para promo\u00e7\u00e3o da cidadania e dignidade desse p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A promotora de Justi\u00e7a Alexandra Beurlen, titular da 61\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da capital, com atua\u00e7\u00e3o na defesa dos Direitos Humanos, explicou que a principal reclama\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres trans foi no tocante ao preconceito e ao desrespeito aos seus direitos individuais. \u201cA maior queixa girou em torno daqueles direitos j\u00e1 assegurados legalmente, a exemplo da retifica\u00e7\u00e3o com os nomes sociais, ou seja, daqueles escolhidos por cada uma delas para ser a sua nova identifica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, detalhou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Segundo ela, diante do pleito, MPAL e MPF assumiram o compromisso de articular um mutir\u00e3o, a ser realizado em 2025, para que essas pessoas possam solicitar o novo registro de identidade, de maneira que o nome social possa constar nos documentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A reuni\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m debateu as regras gerais dos acolhimentos para pessoas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua e algumas situa\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas no atendimento que acaba por fazer mal a essas mulheres. Diante disso, tratativas ser\u00e3o realizadas com \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos para que possam ser encontradas solu\u00e7\u00f5es aos problemas apresentados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Pelo MPF, participou o procurador da Rep\u00fablica Bruno Lamenha. Tamb\u00e9m estiveram presentes o defensor p\u00fablico Isaac Souto, as advogadas Luz Vasquez e Chris M\u00e9ro, que representaram a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, e representantes do Consult\u00f3rio na Rua de Macei\u00f3, grupo ligado a Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade (SMS). <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
