O evento ocorreu na Escola de Governo, situada \u00e0 Rua Senador Mendon\u00e7a, no Centro de Macei\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Marluce Falc\u00e3o apresentou a apalestra \u201cAtua\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico\u201d pormenorizando t\u00f3picos relacionados a Persecu\u00e7\u00e3o Penal, Persecu\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal, titularidade da a\u00e7\u00e3o penal p\u00fablica, entre eles pontos importantes do inqu\u00e9rito policial, na lavratura do auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante, al\u00e9m de falar sobre a defesa dos interesses difusos e coletivos, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da legalidade, acompanhamento da execu\u00e7\u00e3o penal etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">J\u00e1 Karla Padilha palestrou sobre temas importantes e relacionados \u00e0s atividades que ser\u00e3o desenvolvidas diretamente pelos delegados de pol\u00edcia. A explana\u00e7\u00e3o da promotora defendeu o \u201cControle Externo da Atividade Policial: uma an\u00e1lise do papel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico na supervis\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es policiais\u201d focando em: Fundamentos, Modalidades e Prerrogativas. Entrada em resid\u00eancia sem mandado, veda\u00e7\u00e3o ao uso de imagens de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00f5es policiais para fins de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o em perfis pessoais foram assuntos destacados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">O diferencial dessa contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para agentes de seguran\u00e7a em forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que, pela primeira vez, membros s\u00e3o convidados a palestrar em um curso de delegados quando frequentemente dividem seus conhecimentos com
