Por meio desse conv\u00eanio, promotores de Justi\u00e7a passar\u00e3o a ter acesso ao sistema da corte de Contas que recebe informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos 102 munic\u00edpios alagoanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O documento foi assinado pelo procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a do MPAL, Lean Ara\u00fajo, pelo promotor de Justi\u00e7a e integrante do N\u00facleo de Gest\u00e3o da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (NGI), Jos\u00e9 Carlos Castro, pelo presidente do TCE\/AL, conselheiro Fernando Toledo, e pelo promotor do MP de Contas, \u00canio Pimenta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cHoje o MP de Alagoas e o Tribunal de Contas assinaram um termo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o que propiciar\u00e1 os promotores de Justi\u00e7a um olhar todo espec\u00edfico no que se refere a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas desenvolvidas pelos munic\u00edpios. Teremos acesso aos dados que ser\u00e3o enviados pelos gestores e, assim, poderemos observar se h\u00e1 necessidade de correi\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o naquela a\u00e7\u00e3o que est\u00e1 sendo desenvolvida. Isso significa dizer que a gente vai poder elevar o grau de efici\u00eancia dos gestores no que se refere ao cumprimento dos valores constitucionais\u201d, defendeu o procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, Lean Ara\u00fajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Detalhes do acordo <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O acordo tem como objetivo principal desburocratizar a requisi\u00e7\u00e3o de dados e informa\u00e7\u00f5es, resultando na efici\u00eancia das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e atividades de intelig\u00eancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. \u201cAtrav\u00e9s desse conv\u00eanio, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es ter\u00e3o mais celeridades e efic\u00e1cia na atua\u00e7\u00e3o ministerial e nas a\u00e7\u00f5es de controle externo, aprimorando as an\u00e1lises fiscalizat\u00f3rias, investigativas e de intelig\u00eancia, dentro dos respectivos \u00e2mbitos legais de trabalho\u201d, afirmou o presidente do TCE\/AL, Fernando Toledo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Segundo o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jos\u00e9 Carlos Castro, o sistema do TCE\/AL vai ficar disponibilizado para todos os promotores de Justi\u00e7a que atuam nessa \u00e1rea de defesa do patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico, tendo a sua gest\u00e3o sob a responsabilidade do NGI e do N\u00facleo de Defesa do Patrim\u00f4nio P\u00fablico: \u201cEm mar\u00e7o n\u00f3s faremos uma capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos promotores para que eles conhe\u00e7am o sistema e a melhor forma de obten\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a gest\u00e3o dos munic\u00edpios. S\u00e3o dados que as prefeituras t\u00eam a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o por lei de fornecer ao Tribunal de Contas e, a partir do conv\u00eanio, o MP tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e1 acesso.
