Durante o evento, que contar\u00e1 com 80 palestras e cursos distribu\u00eddos em 16 eixos t\u00e9cnicos, o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas (MPAL) afirmou que as prefeituras devem investir na garantia de direitos fundamentais e que uma gest\u00e3o eficiente \u00e9 capaz de transformar a realidade dos mun\u00edcipes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cO Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico hoje atua com uma nova cultura, que \u00e9 aquela n\u00e3o demandista. E isso j\u00e1 demonstra que queremos ter uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada com os demais poderes, Executivo, Legislativo e Judici\u00e1rio, de modo que trabalho ocorra para melhorar a vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. E defendemos que as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas sejam executadas com foco nos direitos fundamentais, como sa\u00fade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o, e que sejam promovidas por profissionais capacitados. A gest\u00e3o fundamentada na efici\u00eancia transforma a realidade do seu povo\u201d, declarou o procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, ao iniciar sua fala no evento. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Queremos que os gestores vejam o MP como uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o que quer fomentar o desenvolvimento das cidades, que quer<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> dialogar de forma construtiva. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">E esse <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">congresso \u00e9 uma oportunidade <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">para que os t\u00e9cnicos aprendam, tirem suas d\u00favidas e possam trabalhar para melhor bem servir \u00e0 sociedade\u201d, completou o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O evento <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">O Congresso dos Munic\u00edpios Alagoanos, promovido pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios Alagoanos (AMA), ter\u00e1 dura\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas dias e vai alcan\u00e7ar cerca de 2,5 mil pessoas. O presidente do Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o, ministro Vital do Rego, fez a confer\u00eancia magna com o tema \u201cAvan\u00e7os do TCU em auditorias e solu\u00e7\u00f5es para desafios clim\u00e1ticos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Os eixos tradicionais como educa\u00e7\u00e3o, sa\u00fade e assist\u00eancia social v\u00e3o abordar, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">durante o evento, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">os avan\u00e7os e desafios d<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">esses<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> atuais sistemas. \u201cN\u00f3s <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">estamos <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">capacitar milhares de t\u00e9cnicas municipais, isso \u00e9 muito importante para a efici\u00eancia dos munic\u00edpios e para todos os gestores que est\u00e3o, principalmente agora,
