O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico mostrou ao conselho de senten\u00e7a como a a\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa foi <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">friamente<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">calculada<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, como o r\u00e9u agiu friamente durante e depois do fato consumado, matando um cidad\u00e3o de bem e que era bastante respeitado em Cacimbinhas. As duas qualificadoras foram acatadas e sa\u00edmos do j\u00fari com a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de que cumprimos com o nosso dever, sempre atuando em defesa da vida\u201d, afirma o promotor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O caso<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00c0 \u00e9poca, o guarda municipal Jos\u00e9 L\u00facio da Concei\u00e7\u00e3o, conhecido como \u201cbai\u00e3o\u201d, ceifou a vida do comerciante Dorgival Barros de Ara\u00fajo, conhecido na cidade como \u201cDoge\u201d, no dia 5 de fevereiro de 2022, no munic\u00edpio de Cacimbinhas. O crime teria sido planejado, j\u00e1 que o r\u00e9u \u00e9 confesso e afirmou em depoimento que esperou o senhor Dorgival sair da feira livre, dirigir-se \u00e0 sua panifica\u00e7\u00e3o e ficar sozinho para assassin\u00e1-lo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ap\u00f3s matar o comerciante, golpeando-o covardemente pelas costas, \u201cbai\u00e3o\u201d permaneceu no local com a faca em punho at\u00e9 a chegada da Guarda Municipal e da Pol\u00edcia Militar. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas (MPAL) fez a den\u00fancia e pediu sua condena\u00e7\u00e3o pelas qualificadoras de motivo torpe e recurso que impossibilitou a defesa da v\u00edtima.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O laudo cadav\u00e9rico do Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML) concluiu que o comerciante morreu em decorr\u00eancia de traumatismo tor\u00e1cico por meio de objeto perfuro cortante, apenas oficializando as imagens com as quais a Pol\u00edcia Militar e a Guarda Municipal se depararam.
