Na ocasi\u00e3o, a ata do encontro superior foi submetida \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e aprovada por unanimidade. E durante a an\u00e1lise da pauta, os conselheiros apreciaram e deliberaram sobre 182 processos, dentre eles, seis que trataram sobre formas de provimento para seis promotorias e procuradorias de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O primeiro item da pauta tratou da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da pauta da 31\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria do Conselho Superior. Ela foi aprovada por todos os integrantes daquele colegiado. Na sequ\u00eancia, os conselheiros tomaram conhecimento de 176 procedimentos oriundos de promotorias de Justi\u00e7a da capital e do interior. Eles abordam diversas tem\u00e1ticas, entre viola\u00e7\u00e3o de princ\u00edpios administrativos, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o escolar, pr\u00e1ticas abusivas, polui\u00e7\u00e3o, direito de acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o, irregularidade de atendimento e saneamento b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em seguida, houve seis procedimentos deliberados. Tr\u00eas deles estabeleceram a forma de provimento para as Promotorias de Justi\u00e7a de Joaquim Gomes e Arapiraca e para a 46\u00aa Promotoria da capital e, as outras tr\u00eas, para os 4\u00ba cargo da Procuradoria de Justi\u00e7a Criminal e para os 11\u00ba e 12\u00ba cargos das Procuradorias de Justi\u00e7a C\u00edveis. Os editais ser\u00e3o publicados na pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira (14).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conselho Superior<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Conselho Superior do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Superior que tem como compet\u00eancia indicar ao procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, em lista tr\u00edplice, os candidatos \u00e0 remo\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o por merecimento; eleger os membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico que integrar\u00e3o a Comiss\u00e3o de Concurso de ingresso na carreira; elaborar as listas s\u00eaxtuplas; indicar o nome do mais antigo membro para a remo\u00e7\u00e3o ou promo\u00e7\u00e3o por antiguidade; e aprovar os pedidos de remo\u00e7\u00e3o por permuta entre promotores e procuradores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 quem tamb\u00e9m tem autonomia para decidir sobre o vitaliciamento de membros e determinar, por voto de dois ter\u00e7os de seus integrantes, a disponibilidade ou remo\u00e7\u00e3o de membros, por interesse p\u00fablico e conveni\u00eancia do servi\u00e7o, assegurada ampla defesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Conselho tamb\u00e9m aprecia os pedidos de arquivamento de inqu\u00e9ritos civis p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>GALERIA DE
