Em Palmeira dos \u00cdndios, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas (MPAL), por meio 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a (Especializada na Defesa e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o do Patrim\u00f4nio P\u00fablico), instaurou Inqu\u00e9rito Civil com o intuito de apurar o cometimento da pr\u00e1tica il\u00edcita por um ex-servidor do quadro de pessoal do Munic\u00edpio. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">De acordo com a portaria de instaura\u00e7\u00e3o, ele foi indiciado por crimes de peculato e inser\u00e7\u00e3o de dados falsos em sistema de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, capitulados, respectivamente, nos arts. 312 e 313-A, do C\u00f3digo Penal. Em um dos Considerando, o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Ricardo Lib\u00f3rio enfatiza que as condutas apuradas pela autoridade policial em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ex-servidor, al\u00e9m de incidirem em il\u00edcitos penais, igualmente s\u00e3o enquadrados como atos de improbidade administrativa. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico requer do Munic\u00edpio informa\u00e7\u00f5es concretas referentes ao valor total do dano causado pela conduta do ex-servidor que est\u00e1 sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.
