A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o inicial era sobre nove terrenos, mas o n\u00famero se estendeu para 37. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Em junho de 2024, o Juiz de Direito da 1\u00aa Vara de Delmiro Gouveia acatou parcialmente o pedido e determinou que, em 30 dias, fosse acostada c\u00f3pia do procedimento administrativo individual de cada im\u00f3vel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">As den\u00fancias de que a quantidade de terrenos doados \u201cespremiam\u201d o espa\u00e7o geogr\u00e1fico foram constatadas. Tanto que no cart\u00f3rio havia o registro de 43, enquanto no registro imobili\u00e1rio da Prefeitura constavam 81 e no espa\u00e7o geogr\u00e1fico 17, entre eles ps das unidades da Pol\u00edcia Militar e Corpo de Bombeiros e o Hospital Regional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O promotor de Justi\u00e7a D\u00eanis Guimar\u00e3es explica os detalhes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 nova intima\u00e7\u00e3o feita ao Munic\u00edpio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cHoje pedimos que <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a Prefeita fosse intimada<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> sob pena de multa pessoal. S\u00e3o cerca de cinquenta terrenos e <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a gestora<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, em caso de descumprimento, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">poder\u00e1 desembolsar o<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> valor de cinquenta mil reais por dia. O que n\u00e3o pode \u00e9 ignorar uma decis\u00e3o judicial e desmerecer o trabalho do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico que requer apenas que tudo transcorra dentro da legalidade\u201d, ressalta o promotor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Al\u00e9m da comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de instaura\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos administrativos, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico requereu a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da indisponibilidade ao Cart\u00f3rio de Registro de Im\u00f3veis e a absten\u00e7\u00e3o de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de benfeitorias durante o curso da a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1 .fusion-gallery-image
