Tamb\u00e9m se fizeram presentes a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB\/AL) , o Conselho Regional de Medicina (CRM), a Defensoria P\u00fablica (DPAL), planos de sa\u00fade e m\u00e3es at\u00edpicas. A audi\u00eancia foi dirigida pelo presidente do TJAL, desembargador Fernando Tourinho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">O foco principal foi o n\u00e3o atendimento dos planos de sa\u00fade \u00e0s solicita\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas, bem como os valores exorbitantes exigidos dos usu\u00e1rios. Outro ponto destacado pelo representante da Comiss\u00e3o de Sa\u00fade da OAB\/AL foi a lentid\u00e3o no atendimento de liminares com tutela de urg\u00eancia, segundo ele algumas passando mais de um ano sem execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Walber Valente entende que esse retardamento desrespeita n\u00e3o somente a pessoa doente, mas tamb\u00e9m o profissional que tenta garantir a dignidade do cidad\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cTemos uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o delicada e que exige um esfor\u00e7o conjunto. Percebemos que h\u00e1 muitas a\u00e7\u00f5es, den\u00fancias, um clamor da sociedade. Se existem casos em que se torna imposs\u00edvel esperar e um ano ap\u00f3s o doente n\u00e3o conseguiu o atendimento, uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o precisa ser encontrada pois a sa\u00fade \u00e9 um direito fundamental e h\u00e1 doen\u00e7as que n\u00e3o podem esperar. O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico est\u00e1 pronto e ir\u00e1 contribuir com o que for necess\u00e1rio para desobstruir esse processo\u201d, afirma o subprocurador-geral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Na ocasi\u00e3o, uma m\u00e3e at\u00edpica relatou as dificuldades enfrentadas no atendimento ao filho, informando que os planos de sa\u00fade reduziram pela metade os dias e as horas de terapias o que \u00e9 considerado bastante prejudicial na evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das crian\u00e7as com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Depois de v\u00e1rios depoimentos ficou acordado o estudo da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma comiss\u00e3o com v\u00e1rias representatividades, al\u00e9m da possibilidade de uma Vara com ju\u00edzes dispon\u00edveis para tratar exclusivamente do assunto em pauta.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1 .fusion-gallery-image {border:0px solid
