A tem\u00e1tica foi abordada durante um j\u00fari simulado, atividade que faz parte da programa\u00e7\u00e3o especial definida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas para a campanha &#8220;Agosto Lil\u00e1s&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A promotora de Justi\u00e7a Viviane Karla Farias explica que, durante o encontro, os alunos simularam uma sess\u00e3o do Tribunal do J\u00fari, momento em que eles puderam representar os pap\u00e9is exercidos pelos diversos atores que participam desse tipo de julgamento, a exemplo do juiz, do advogado, do promotor de Justi\u00e7a, da testemunha, entre outros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cA a\u00e7\u00e3o que realizamos teve como finalidade apresentar o funcionamento do Tribunal do J\u00fari e discutir temas afetos \u00e0 viol\u00eancia de g\u00eanero. Com \u00eanfase na campanha Agosto Lil\u00e1s, apresentamos aos alunos um caso de tentativa de feminic\u00eddio e, ao final, eles decidiram pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o do r\u00e9u. Foi um momento importante de di\u00e1logo e aprendizado\u201d, destacou a promotora Viviane Karla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Realizada na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (27), a atividade faz parte do projeto \u201cEscola do J\u00fari: O Tribunal da Cidadania\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style
