No encontro, o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas apresentou o papel desempenhado pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o em prol da sociedade, destacando a boa rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o MP e o Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPrimeiramente, parabenizo a todos voc\u00eas, pois sei a dificuldade que \u00e9 ser aprovado em um concurso p\u00fablico para magistrado. Tamb\u00e9m gostaria de destacar o modelo dialogal que vem sendo constru\u00eddo entre o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas e o Poder Judici\u00e1rio, em que prevalece a harmonia e o respeito \u00e0s atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de cada entidade\u201d, declarou o chefe do MPAL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A visita ao MPAL faz parte do curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o oferecido pela Escola Superior da Magistratura (Esmal) e tem como proposta apresentar aos membros rec\u00e9m-empossados as \u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Judici\u00e1rio estadual, bem como a rela\u00e7\u00e3o harm\u00f4nica que o TJAL mant\u00e9m com as outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para o coordenador do curso, juiz Andr\u00e9 Luiz Parizio, \u00e9 importante que os novos ju\u00edzes e ju\u00edzas conhe\u00e7am a estrutura do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas, pois eles atuar\u00e3o diariamente com promotores de Justi\u00e7a quando estiverem em exerc\u00edcio em suas comarcas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cN\u00f3s colocamos essa visita como uma das primeiras atividades do curso para que eles tenham no\u00e7\u00e3o completa de todo o Sistema de Justi\u00e7a e possam iniciar o di\u00e1logo com o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, o que vai facilitar muito no dia a dia de trabalho, pois esse \u00e9 um di\u00e1logo que ser\u00e1 permanente\u201d, afirmou o juiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9m participaram da visita o corregedor-geral do MPAL, procurador de Justi\u00e7a Maur\u00edcio Pitta; a coordenadora do N\u00facleo de Defesa de Direitos Humanos e Apoio \u00e0s V\u00edtimas, promotora de Justi\u00e7a Marluce Falc\u00e3o;\u00a0o diretor da Escola Superior do MP, promotor de Justi\u00e7a Marcus
