class=\"fusion-text\"><p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Para discutir a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um protocolo com medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o a crian\u00e7as e adolescentes contra qualquer forma de viol\u00eancia no ambiente escolar, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas realizou reuni\u00e3o com representantes das Secretarias da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado e de Macei\u00f3, Undime e Conselho Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A iniciativa tem como base a Lei 14.811\/2024, que, em seu artigo 3, traz que \u00e9 de responsabilidade do poder p\u00fablico estabelecer medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o a estudantes, o que deve ser feito em conjunto com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os da \u00e1rea da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e da sa\u00fade e com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Realizada na \u00faltima sexta-feira (2), a reuni\u00e3o foi idealizada pelo N\u00facleo de Defesa da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e pelo N\u00facleo de Defesa da Inf\u00e2ncia do MPAL, contando tamb\u00e9m com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da 59\u00aa e da 60\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:
