A iniciativa faz parte do Plano Estrat\u00e9gico do MPAL 2023-2029.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A palestra, que teve como t\u00edtulo o nome da campanha promovida pelo MPAL &#8216;Ass\u00e9dio N\u00e3o #DignidadeParaTodos&#8217;, foi ministrada pela promotora de Justi\u00e7a Marluce Falc\u00e3o, coordenadora do NDDHAVC. Na ocasi\u00e3o, ela apresentou informa\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes para que o p\u00fablico possa identificar pr\u00e1ticas de ass\u00e9dio e saiba como a v\u00edtima pode se defender e denunciar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&#8220;\u00c9 fundamental destacar que n\u00e3o podemos mais tolerar o sil\u00eancio diante de pr\u00e1ticas prejudiciais e injustas. \u00c9 crucial que as v\u00edtimas de ass\u00e9dio denunciem e tornem conhecidas essas situa\u00e7\u00f5es. A den\u00fancia, acompanhada de evid\u00eancias, \u00e9 essencial para que possamos iniciar uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o adequada&#8221;, explica a promotora de Justi\u00e7a Marluce Falc\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Ela enfatiza ainda que \u00e9 de extrema import\u00e2ncia que os cidad\u00e3os comuniquem ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, por meio da Ouvidoria, qualquer forma de viola\u00e7\u00e3o ou crime. Para isso, basta baixar o aplicativo Ouvidoria MPAL, dispon\u00edvel para os sistemas Android e iOS, ou acessar o site mpal.mp.br. As den\u00fancias tamb\u00e9m podem ser realizadas na Ouvidoria da empresa em que a v\u00edtima trabalha ou diretamente \u00e0 pol\u00edcia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Tamb\u00e9m presente, a promotora de Justi\u00e7a Micheline Ten\u00f3rio, coordenadora do N\u00facleo de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica do MPAL, enfatizou a import\u00e2ncia cont\u00ednua da discuss\u00e3o sobre o ass\u00e9dio. Ela destacou que \u00e9 fundamental que as pessoas conhe\u00e7am seus direitos e saibam onde buscar ajuda. Al\u00e9m disso, ressaltou a necessidade de as institui\u00e7\u00f5es adotarem medidas preventivas, como rodas de conversa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family:
