O documento prorroga, por mais 24 meses, o acesso do TCE ao aplicativo Transporte Legal. Desenvolvida pelo MPAL, a plataforma tem como objetivo monitorar o transporte p\u00fablico em unidades de ensino de todo o estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cEsse aplicativo nos ajuda a fiscalizarmos a qualidade do transporte escolar no estado todo, permitindo analisar se as escolas preenchem os requisitos necess\u00e1rios, como a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o semestral, garantindo, dessa forma, mais efici\u00eancia na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Lucas Sachsida, coordenador do projeto Transporte Legal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante a assinatura do termo aditivo, o procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, Lean Ara\u00fajo, fez quest\u00e3o de destacar que a renova\u00e7\u00e3o dessa parceria entre MPAL e TCE tem como finalidade garantir o direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o a crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. \u201cAs duas institui\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o irmanadas no sentido de que se tenha mais efici\u00eancia na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas\u201d, refor\u00e7ou o chefe do MPAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O presidente do TCE, Fernando Toledo, informou que o aplicativo Transporte Legal tem auxiliado a institui\u00e7\u00e3o a exercer o seu papel de fiscalizar a qualidade do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico. \u201cEle \u00e9 um complemento importante para as fun\u00e7\u00f5es priorit\u00e1rias do Tribunal de Contas, que \u00e9 a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e o controle dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos para que eles sejam bem prestados\u201d, finalizou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A primeira permiss\u00e3o concedida pelo MPAL ao TCE referente ao app Transporte Legal foi assinada em 2022, permitindo ao Tribunal ter acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas pela plataforma at\u00e9 2024. Agora, com a renova\u00e7\u00e3o da permiss\u00e3o, o aplicativo ficar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o at\u00e9 junho de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1
