Elas t\u00eam a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de oficiar perante \u00f3rg\u00e3os judiciais de segundo grau em mat\u00e9ria penal, atuando perante os tribunais emitindo pareceres escritos nos processos criminais, elaborando relat\u00f3rio em sua manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o final ou recursal, participando das sess\u00f5es da c\u00e2mara criminal do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, oferecendo manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o oral, tomando ci\u00eancia, pessoalmente e mediante vista dos autos, das decis\u00f5es proferidas daquele colegiado e recebendo intima\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal nos processos em que for atuar o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, no limite de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #595959; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">De acordo com o tr\u00e2mite processual, essas a\u00e7\u00f5es chegam ao MPAL por meio do <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">que envia aos procuradores os <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">recursos interpostos por promotores de justi\u00e7a ou pelos defensores do r\u00e9u. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ao encaminhar os autos, o<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> desembargador, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">antes de proferir nova decis\u00e3o, vai aguardar que o procurador emita parecer <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">observa<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ndo<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> a regularidade e <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">legalidade <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">do processo. E, ao emitir esse parecer, o integrante do MPAL em 2\u00aa inst\u00e2ncia pode<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> acompanhar a den\u00fancia do promotor de 1\u00ba grau, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o que, claro, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">n\u00e3o \u00e9 regra, uma vez que existe a independ\u00eancia funcional, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ou ratificar as alega\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o de execu\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">Foi uma reuni\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">administrativa realizada entre <\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">os<\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\"> procurador<\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">es criminais e os analistas jur\u00eddicos para que discut\u00edssemos essa <\/span><span style=\"color: #595959;\">atua\u00e7\u00e3o de forma estrat\u00e9gica. <\/span><span style=\"color: #595959;\">Esse di\u00e1logo \u00e9 muito importante para tenhamos posicionamentos uniformes, representando, sempre, o interesse da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e, por consequ\u00eancia, da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da lei penal. <\/span><span style=\"color: #595959;\">\u00c9 um debate que tem o objetivo maior do a<\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">primoramento dos trabalhos no combate \u00e0 criminalidade do <\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">e<\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">stado do A<\/span><span style=\"color: #3f3f46;\">lagoas\u201d<\/span><span style=\"color: #595959;\">, explicou o corregedor do MPAL, Maur\u00edcio
