A proposta \u00e9 que os gestores alimentem um sistema de informa\u00e7\u00e3o com dados sobre os gastos para garantir a transpar\u00eancia das contas p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com o procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, Lean Ara\u00fajo, o foco desta nota t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 voltado aos festejos juninos, mas a ideia \u00e9 que, futuramente, a iniciativa passe a contemplar os grandes eventos p\u00fablicos de um modo geral. Ele destacou ainda que, ao atuar de modo preventivo, MPAL, MPC e TCE podem zelar pelo patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico de forma mais efetiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAs informa\u00e7\u00f5es a serem disponibilizadas no portal permitir\u00e3o uma previsibilidade dos custos dos munic\u00edpios com as contrata\u00e7\u00f5es para os eventos. \u00c9 preciso que se tenha consci\u00eancia de que as tr\u00eas institui\u00e7\u00f5es zelam pelo patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico, por isso vemos com bons olhos a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dessa cultura da atua\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva. Acredito que todos ficar\u00e3o satisfeitos\u201d, afirmou o chefe do MPAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Transpar\u00eancia<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O presidente do TCE, presidente Fernando Toledo, informou que h\u00e1 a previs\u00e3o de um Selo de Transpar\u00eancia aos munic\u00edpios que aderirem \u00e0 nota t\u00e9cnica. De acordo com o gestor, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios Alagoanos (AMA) j\u00e1 manifestou interesse em participar da iniciativa. Nos pr\u00f3ximos dias, o Tribunal entrar\u00e1 em contato com o Estado de Alagoas e com munic\u00edpios que n\u00e3o integram a AMA para tratar do assunto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cEstamos trazendo outros gestores municipais, como os prefeitos de Macei\u00f3, Arapiraca e Maragogi, que n\u00e3o fazem parte da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios Alagoanos. Tamb\u00e9m iremos contatar o governador de Alagoas pois ele tamb\u00e9m promove festividades. Lembrando que a inten\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 impedir a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos festejos. Estamos, na verdade, ajudando os gestores para que eles realizem festejos a custos razo\u00e1veis\u201d, finalizou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Al\u00e9m dos chefes do MPAL e do TCE, a nota foi assinada ainda pelo procurador-geral do MPC, Enio Pimenta, e pelo promotor de Justi\u00e7a Jos\u00e9 Carlos Castro, coordenador do N\u00facleo
