O encontro aconteceu na sede da Procuradoria-Geral de Justi\u00e7a, no bairro do Po\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">De acordo com o chefe do MPAL, essa nova metodologia de fluxo vai aprimorar o tr\u00e2mite procedimental: \u201cO Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado j\u00e1 recebe os processos quando o MPC promove suas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es a respeito das contas dos gestores p\u00fablicos e nos envia essa an\u00e1lise, entendendo que \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do procurador-geral ou de um promotor. Ent\u00e3o, o que discutimos foi o aprimoramento desse fluxo, de modo que possamos melhor instruir e agilizar o processo de responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, explicou Lean Ara\u00fajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Essa nova metodologia j\u00e1 ser\u00e1 aplicada imediatamente, garantiu \u00canio Andrade, procurador-chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas. \u201cOs procuradores de Contas possuem<span style=\"color: #1f2125;\"> a prerrogativa de independ\u00eancia de atua\u00e7\u00e3<\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">o do Tribunal de Contas, ent\u00e3o, ao analisarmos as presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas, se assim concluirmos que a interven\u00e7\u00e3o do<\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\"> MP estadual <\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">faz-se necess\u00e1ria, enviamos os autos, com o devido parecer, r<\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">ecomendando <\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">para que o MPAL <\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">apure a <\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">suspeita de irregularidade. <\/span><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">E se esse tr\u00e2mite pode ser melhorado, faremos as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para que o aperfei\u00e7oamento do fluxo\u201d, assegurou.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #1f2125;\">O <\/span><span style=\"color:
