O magistrado ascendeu ao cargo pelo crit\u00e9rio de merecimento e passou a ocupar a vaga aberta com a aposentadoria do desembargador Pedro In\u00e1cio, ocorrida em abril de 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A cerim\u00f4nia foi prestigiada por <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">por ministro, desembargadores, ju\u00edzes, procuradores, advogados, secret\u00e1rios de Estado e munic\u00edpio e demais operadores do Direito, al\u00e9m de pol\u00edticos, empres\u00e1rios, servidores, funcion\u00e1rios terceirizados, professores, estudantes e familiares do empossado. \u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Tantos convidados presentes \u00e0 solenidade mostra o quanto o desembargador Jasiel Ivo tem o respeito e a admira\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o Sistema de Justi\u00e7a alagoano, bem como de personalidades ligadas aos mais diferentes segmentos. Sabemos que ele chega ao Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 19\u00aa Regi\u00e3o para cumprir o que reza a <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">da Rep\u00fablica e toda a normativa da Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho, criada, especialmente, em respeito ao trabalhador, de forma a dar dignidade <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">a cada cidad\u00e3o e a cada cidad\u00e3 dentro do seu ambiente laboral\u201d, declarou o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Em seu discurso, o desembargador Jasiel Ivo rememorou as principais fases de sua vida, desde as brincadeiras de inf\u00e2ncia at\u00e9 o ingresso na Corte Trabalhista. Em sua abordagem, ele reafirmou seu amor e considera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 fam\u00edlia, \u00e0 profiss\u00e3o e aos amigos e agradeceu a todos os que o apoiaram no processo de disputa ao cargo. Na oportunidade, tamb\u00e9m defendeu a import\u00e2ncia da Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho e criticou a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do capital em detrimento das causas sociais: \u201cChego ao Tribunal consciente do meu papel de fazer valer as as conven\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais sobre o Trabalho, a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, sempre na perspectiva de que o trabalho possui um papel social relevante\u201d, disse ele. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Durante a solenidade, o desembargador Jasiel Ivo recebeu, como membro nato, a Comenda da Ordem do M\u00e9rito Ministro Silv\u00e9rio Fernandes de Ara\u00fajo Jorge, no Grau Gr\u00e3-Cruz, que lhe foi entregue pela
