class=\"fusion-text\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nesta segunda-feira (11), o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas ajuizou a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica com tutela de urg\u00eancia para que o Hospital Chama, em Arapiraca, restabele\u00e7a imediatamente os servi\u00e7os de cardiologia aos usu\u00e1rios do SUS por, no m\u00ednimo, seis meses, at\u00e9 que o atendimento seja realocado para outra unidade de sa\u00fade, se for o caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, o MPAL pede ainda que o Estado de Alagoas assuma imediatamente todas as intercorr\u00eancias de cardiologia da 2\u00aa Macrorregi\u00e3o de Sa\u00fade enquanto o Hospital Chama n\u00e3o reestabelece o servi\u00e7o ou enquanto ele n\u00e3o for realocado para outra unidade hospitalar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O MPAL ressaltou que n\u00e3o existe em Arapiraca ou em outro munic\u00edpio da referida macrorregi\u00e3o de sa\u00fade institui\u00e7\u00e3o que possa acolher os pacientes que deixar\u00e3o de ser atendidos pelo Chama, ou seja, mais de meio milh\u00e3o de usu\u00e1rios ficar\u00e3o desassistidos de atendimento de cardiologia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 30 mil em caso de descumprimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Justificativa<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com o Hospital Chama, o servi\u00e7o teria sido suspenso pela insufici\u00eancia de recursos financeiros, inviabilizando a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos e atendimentos e o pagamento dos profissionais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ACP \u00e9 assinada pelos promotores de Justi\u00e7a Viviane Karla Farias e Cl\u00e1udio Teles.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
