Na \u00faltima sexta-feira (8), o MPAL ofereceu representa\u00e7\u00e3o contra ele pela pr\u00e1tica de ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de tentativa de homic\u00eddio mediante pagamento ou promessa de recompensa e uso de recurso que dificultou a defesa da v\u00edtima. O fato ocorreu em Porto Calvo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">De acordo com procedimento policial, no dia 6 de mar\u00e7o, \u00e0s 11h30 da noite, o adolescente e um homem chamado Bruno, maior de idade, teriam atentado contra a vida de Juan Marcos Alves Pereira.
