Ao receber o documento, a Pol\u00edcia Civil dever\u00e1 instaurar inqu\u00e9rito policial com oitiva dos envolvidos, devendo ser analisada a possibilidade de pedido de pris\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">A PM e a Guarda Municipal dever\u00e3o criar coordenadorias respons\u00e1veis pela Patrulha Maria da Penha, disponibilizando n\u00famero de <em>Whatsapp<\/em> para o recebimento das medidas protetivas deferidas e revogadas pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Ao receberem esses dados, PM e Guarda dever\u00e3o efetivar um cadastro pr\u00e9vio da v\u00edtima com seus dados pessoais ou o contato de pessoas de sua confian\u00e7a caso sela n\u00e3o seja encontrada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Cada cl\u00e1usula do TAC que for desrespeitada poder\u00e1 gerar multa de R$10 mil ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1
