O procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a (PGJ), M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque, e o futuro chefe do MPAL, Lean Ara\u00fajo, atualmente subprocurador-geral Administrativo Institucional, prestigiaram a cerim\u00f4nia na Casa de Tavares Bastos ao lado de v\u00e1rias autoridades. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">A solenidade marcou a primeira sess\u00e3o realizada nesta ano de 2024, representando a instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos da 2\u00aa Sess\u00e3o Legislativa da 20\u00aa Legislatura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Na oportunidade, M\u00e1rcio Roberto destacou a import\u00e2ncia do Parlamento alagoano: \u201c\u00c9 a Assembleia Legislativa a respons\u00e1vel por produzir as leis que ir\u00e3o orientar nossa sociedade com o objetivo de regular a vida em comum. Al\u00e9m disso, cabe ao Poder Legislativo fiscalizar, representar o povo alagoano e sediar os debates de interesse da nossa sociedade. Portanto, desejamos um ano prof\u00edcuo e de exitoso trabalho aos deputados estaduais que cumprir\u00e3o essas nobres miss\u00f5es\u201d, afirmou ele. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Lean Ara\u00fajo tamb\u00e9m falou a respeito do valor do parlamento. Segundo ele, o legislativo tem um fundamental papel social. \u201cEle \u00e9 essencial para o funcionamento de qualquer regime democr\u00e1tico, estabelecendo um elo entre o povo e seus representantes. \u00c9 a a casa que trabalha para que tenhamos cidad\u00e3os livres, com direitos, garantias e deveres\u201d, declarou o futuro PGJ. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">A cerim\u00f4nia, comandada pelo presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, Marcelo Victor,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>teve como principal rito a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Governo para o exerc\u00edcio de 2024, feita pelo governador do Estado, Paulo Dantas. Dentre outras a\u00e7\u00f5es, o chefe do Poder Executivo destacou que a sua gest\u00e3o tirou cerca de 100 mil pessoas da condi\u00e7\u00e3o de pobreza extrema, de acordo com dados do IBGE.<br
