De acordo com o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Marcus R\u00f4mulo de Mello, o portal n\u00e3o apresenta informa\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas ao cidad\u00e3o sobre o c\u00e1lculo do imposto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publicado nesta quarta-feira (07), o procedimento administrativo foi instaurado ap\u00f3s o MP tomar conhecimento sobre a aus\u00eancia de informa\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas ao cidad\u00e3o sobre os fatores utilizados na f\u00f3rmula de c\u00e1lculo do IPTU 2024, a exemplo da al\u00edquota e do valor venal do im\u00f3vel, que \u00e9 uma estimativa que o Poder P\u00fablico faz sobre o pre\u00e7o de um bem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cO carn\u00ea do IPTU precisa trazer o valor venal do im\u00f3vel para que o cidad\u00e3o possa conferir se houve altera\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano passado.
