Ficou definido que festas em vias p\u00fablicas somente poder\u00e3o ocorrer entre 10h da manh\u00e3 e 2h da madrugada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">O promotor de Justi\u00e7a Paulo Roberto de Melo Alves Filho destaca ainda que, mesmo dentro do hor\u00e1rio estabelecido, os blocos dever\u00e3o desligar os aparelhos de som ou diminuir o volume quando estiverem pr\u00f3ximos a hospitais, igrejas e outros centros religiosos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">A Pol\u00edcia Militar dever\u00e1 disponibilizar o contingente de pessoal necess\u00e1rio para o policiamento dos festejos carnavalescos, devendo tomar as provid\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias em casos de descumprimento do hor\u00e1rio para in\u00edcio e termino dos festejos que constam no TAC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Bebidas e alimentos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Est\u00e1 proibida a venda e o consumo de bebidas em recipientes de vidro, a exemplo de garrafas de cerveja, como tamb\u00e9m o uso de espetinhos de madeira, utilizados geralmente em churrascos, medidas que visam a seguran\u00e7a da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">O Conselho Tutelar manter\u00e1 equipe de plant\u00e3o, assim como a Pol\u00edcia Civil, que ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por receber todos os tipos de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es que venham a ocorrer durante o evento, devendo realizar a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de boletins de ocorr\u00eancia ou abertura de inqu\u00e9ritos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">O TAC foi assinado pela Prefeitura de Penedo, Pol\u00edcia Militar, Pol\u00edcia Civil, Conselho Tutelar e SMTT. Caso alguma das entidades descumpra as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es que constam no documento, ela poder\u00e1 ser multada em at\u00e9 R$ 5 mil, dinheiro que ser\u00e1 revertido para entidades sociais e
