As medidas cautelares foram expedidas pela 17<sup>a<\/sup> Vara Criminal da Capital (Combate ao crime organizado em Macei\u00f3) e foram executadas em parceria com os Minist\u00e9rios P\u00fablicos e as Pol\u00edcias Militares daqueles dois estados e das Secretarias de Estado da Fazenda e da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e das Pol\u00edcias Civil e Militar de Alagoas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Em novembro do ano passado, 23 integrantes de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa (Orcrim) foram denunciados pelo Gaesf pelos crimes de <span style=\"color: #000000;\">fraudes societ\u00e1rias, falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, lavagem de bens e emiss\u00e3o de notas fiscais inid\u00f4neas, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tendo causado um preju\u00edzo de R$ 37 milh\u00f5es aos cofres de Alagoas e S\u00e3o Paulo<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span> Depois do ajuizamento dessa a\u00e7\u00e3o penal, fruto da opera\u00e7\u00e3o Pol\u00edmero (deflagrada contra pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas <span style=\"color: #000000;\">ligadas ao setor de pl\u00e1sticos<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">)<\/span>, as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es identificaram novos desdobramentos criminosos, o que levou o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico a requerer um novo bloqueio de R$ 27 milh\u00f5es, al\u00e9m do sequestro de um jato executivo Raytheon Aircraf, modelo 400A, avaliado em R$ 11 milh\u00f5es. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Como a aeronave, aprendida no Paran\u00e1, ficar\u00e1 apreendida, o Gaesf requereu \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a a cess\u00e3o do referido avi\u00e3o para uso oficial da Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e da Secretaria de Sa\u00fade de Alagoas para fins de atendimento dos interesses da popula\u00e7\u00e3o carente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Atua\u00e7\u00e3o da Orcrim <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A Orcrim emitiu 1.644 notas fiscais ideologicamente falsas que somaram quase R$ 221 milh\u00f5es, o que terminou por causar vultoso preju\u00edzo ao Estado de Alagoas. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acordo com o Gaesf, as fraudes aconteceram por meio da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">16<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> empresas de fachada e\/ou pessoas jur\u00eddicas inexistentes, utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201claranjas\u201d e avatares <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">e<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> simula\u00e7\u00e3o de venda de produtos utilizando <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">as notas fraudulentas que foram<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> distribu\u00eddas para 40 empresas paulistas. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
