O futuro pr\u00e9dio receber\u00e1 investimento de R$ 2,3 milh\u00f5es e dever\u00e1 ser inaugurado no segundo semestre deste ano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">As obras come\u00e7aram recentemente, ap\u00f3s, em dezembro \u00faltimo, M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque ter assinado a ordem de servi\u00e7o para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o das Promotorias de Justi\u00e7a de Delmiro Gouveia. \u201cA Prefeitura fez a doa\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea e, assim que assinamos a ordem, j\u00e1 determinamos o in\u00edcio dos servi\u00e7os. Nossa equipe de Engenharia e Arquitetura est\u00e1 cuidando de cada detalhe e, at\u00e9 o final do ano, teremos mais um pr\u00e9dio pr\u00f3prio funcionando, proporcionando um melhor e mais estruturado ambiente de trabalho para membros, servidores, estagi\u00e1rios e colaboradores, e claro, mais conforto e comodidade ao cidad\u00e3o delmirense, motivo maior da atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico\u201d, afirmou o chefe do MPAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Acompanharam a vista a engenheira civil do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ministerial, Thayn\u00e1 Rabelo, e o engenheiro Robson Barbosa, da Leandro Ferraz Empreendimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>O novo pr\u00e9dio<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O terreno contempla uma \u00e1rea total de 1.808,98 m\u00b2 e ter\u00e1 524,70 m\u00b2 de espa\u00e7o constru\u00eddo. A edifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 composta por seis salas de promotorias com assessoria integrada e banheiro exclusivo, sala de audi\u00eancia\/audit\u00f3rio com 40 m\u00b2, ampla recep\u00e7\u00e3o, sala de apoio t\u00e9cnico, banheiros acess\u00edveis, copa\/cozinha, \u00e1rea de servi\u00e7o e vagas exclusivas para promotores de Justi\u00e7a e servidores, defensores p\u00fablicos e advogados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cTeremos tamb\u00e9m um jardim de inverno que vai ajudar a amenizar a temperatura do pr\u00e9dio, uma vez que Delmiro Gouveia \u00e9 uma cidade quente\u201d, explicou Thayn\u00e1 Rabelo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Uma outra preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do MPAL \u00e9 quanto a destina\u00e7\u00e3o dos res\u00edduos da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil. Para tanto, foi criado um plano para o correto descarte de sobras de madeira, sacos de cimento e restos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Atualmente a obra est\u00e1 em fase de limpeza de terreno, loca\u00e7\u00e3o de terraplenagem e instala\u00e7\u00e3o de tapumes para o cercamento do
