No recurso, o MP defendeu que a decis\u00e3o dos jurados contrariou as provas que constavam nos autos. Com a anula\u00e7\u00e3o da senten\u00e7a, deve ocorrer novo julgamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise do recurso, o Judici\u00e1rio reconheceu a incompatibilidade entre o veredicto dos jurados e as provas que constam nos autos. &#8220;Os depoimentos testemunhais colhidos nos autos e apresentados aos jurados em Sess\u00e3o do J\u00fari afastam a tese arguida pela Defesa, mostrando-se uma vers\u00e3o incompat\u00edvel com a decis\u00e3o do Conselho de Senten\u00e7a&#8221;, consta na decis\u00e3o do TJAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Conhecido como a Chacina de Guaxuma, o crime ocorreu em novembro de 2015, em Macei\u00f3, resultando na morte de quatro pessoas: um casal e seus dois filhos.
