Entre elas, est\u00e3o a sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o adequada das vias p\u00fablicas e a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3o municipal de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e2nsito.
