Implantar e implementar projetos com o escopo de melhorar e de homogeneizar os procedimentos da atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas em defesa da cidadania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Objetivo Geral<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Obter, a partir dos acordos de n\u00e3o persecu\u00e7\u00e3o penal, da transa\u00e7\u00e3o penal e do sursis, respeitados os crit\u00e9rios subjetivos da condi\u00e7\u00e3o socioecon\u00f4mica do r\u00e9u\/investigado e da gravidade do delito, recursos materiais para munir as delegacias e distritos policiais de condi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas para atua\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edcia judici\u00e1ria investigativa, visando uma maior resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos crimes e uma melhor qualidade dos inqu\u00e9ritos, com o fito de garantir a efetividade do direito de todos \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, constitucionalmente assegurado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\" data-raofz=\"18\"><strong>OBJETIVOS ESPEC\u00cdFICOS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Perscrutar a dimens\u00e3o da aus\u00eancia de materiais na Pol\u00edcia Civil: ex: percentual de computadores; <em><strong>N\u00ba de a\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong><\/em> 04.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-raofz=\"14\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Elaborar modelos de cursos de treinamento, no \u00e2mbito da Pol\u00edcia Civil e em parceria com a equipe t\u00e9cnica do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, com o fito de capacitar em mat\u00e9ria de recep\u00e7\u00e3o\/invent\u00e1rio, gest\u00e3o de inqu\u00e9ritos, sistemas e tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, procedimentos organizacionais, dentre outros &#8211;
