Na busca pela reinser\u00e7\u00e3o, no per\u00edodo de 22 a 24 de novembro de 2023, acontece na Superintend\u00eancia de Medidas Socioeducativas (Sumese), da Secretaria de Estado de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Viol\u00eancia (Seprev), o 3\u00ba ciclo de audi\u00eancias concentradas realizado pela 1\u00aa Vara Criminal da Capital &#8211; Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reexaminar a realidade jur\u00eddica e psicossocial dos adolescentes. A promotora de Justi\u00e7a Mar\u00edlia Cerqueira, que tem atua\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes no sistema socioeducativo, \u00e9 quem representa o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas (MPAL).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAcredito que as audi\u00eancias concentradas s\u00e3o importantes, haja vista uma oportunidade de reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o do jovem dentro do pr\u00f3prio sistema. Com isso temos uma proximidade do jovem com a equipe t\u00e9cnica, j\u00e1 que por vezes ela \u00e9 ouvida, junto aos integrantes do sistema de Justi\u00e7a. Pois ainda que tenhamos os pareceres nos processos, essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 presencial e onde discutimos cada caso com suas peculiaridades\u201d, afirma a promotora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mar\u00edlia Cerqueira explica ainda, com detalhes, a finalidade do ciclo de audi\u00eancias e conceitua o processo como de relev\u00e2ncia na vida dos jovens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsse momento marca o processo socioeducativo positivamente, mas isso n\u00e3o significa que todos os jovens deixar\u00e3o a unidade pois este n\u00e3o \u00e9 o prop\u00f3sito. Serve para uma reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o em todo contexto, \u00e0s vezes, como exemplo, surge a necessidade de se fazer encaminhamentos, inclusive em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s fam\u00edlias dos socioeducandos. Nas audi\u00eancias concentradas paramos para ver os casos concretos bem de perto detectando o que passou despercebido nas an\u00e1lises dos processos que ocorrem virtualmente. Elas t\u00eam um impacto importante na vida de cada um\u201d, conclui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que sejam realizadas 40 audi\u00eancias por ciclo e visa favorecer o adolescente que se molda \u00e0s normas disciplinares e apresenta, dentro do sistema, quadro de bom comportamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><sub><strong>Fotos: Ascom
